The terms and conditions following this statement supersede all previous terms and conditions pertaining to the membership program.
Authorization and Billing
By signing up to become a member, you, (“you,” the customer) understand and agree that the credit/debit card provided to a Red Oak Car Wash team member will be automatically charged each month until the membership is canceled, terminated, or expired. You authorize Red Oak Car Wash to charge your credit/debit card account for the amount of the membership plan you purchase. The monthly billing date will fall on the anniversary date of when you first joined. You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is correct. You understand that it is also your responsibility to update your credit/debit card on file, should it exceed its expiration date, your payment method is considered lost/on fraud alert and a replacement card is issued to you, or for any other reason or circumstance not controllable by Red Oak Car Wash.
* Please note that Red Oak Car Wash utilizes a third party for automatic drafts. Red Oak Car Wash is not responsible for any credit card declines, expirations, overdrafts as it is out of reach of the company’s capabilities to complete the transactions once the card is put on file. If this is a recurring problem with your account, please address your bank for the reasons why.
In the duration of your membership period, you understand that the automatic drafts will remain in force until you provide cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to the next billing date in writing or in person. You also understand that the membership rates may increase, with notice provided at the site at least 30 (thirty) days in advanced notice.
Red Oak Car Wash reserves the right to terminate your plan at any time with or without notice. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, vehicles that pose a liability to the wash’s tunnel and equipment, acting upon a hostile or aggressive manner with employees, violating membership terms of redeeming washes outside of the registered vehicle, and more.
The company does not provide refunds for the remainder of the balance you may have remaining in the month you terminate.
Membership Terms & Termination
You understand that a membership is limited to 1 (one) vehicle, which must carry the “Red Oak Car Wash” FastPass stickers, unique to each vehicle and customer. With the membership of your choice, you understand you are allowed to redeem 1 (one) wash per day, throughout the month you are billed.
However, Red Oak Car Wash reserves the right to change operating hours for any reason and/or time for circumstances such as, but not limited to, inclement weather, maintenance, holidays, or extreme emergencies. If your FastPass stickers require changing, you understand it is your responsibility to seek management and pay a $5.00 fee for replacement; as is with updating any vehicle changes throughout the period of your membership. Should you allow other unlisted vehicles and/or non-members to utilize your membership, Red Oak Car Wash will terminate your membership(s) effective immediately.
Chemicals and use of supplies found on carts are strictly for the company’s employees’ use only. Should you, as a member, improperly use tire shine in the interior of the vehicle, the exterior trim, or steal towels, the company will also terminate your membership.
